New ! Human Factor Fresco Workshop

Duration: 3 hours (1 group of 10 people per facilitator)

Moving from awareness to action!

Why is it that, despite our knowledge of the urgent need to tackle climate change, we can't manage to do more, to rise to the challenge, both collectively and individually? Because knowing is not enough to change our behaviour.

Created by HumansMatter (cognitive design) and the GIECO (the IPCC of Behaviour), this fun, collaborative workshop uses collective intelligence to help us understand our cognitive biases.

It's a collective learning experience that will help you question your behaviour and bring about change in your organisation.

The Circular Economy Fresco

Duration: 3 hours (2 groups of 7 people per presenter)

Based on the same principle as the Fresque du Climat: fun, simplifying a complex subject, using data from the UN and ADEME.

This collaborative workshop raises awareness of the challenges and limits of today's linear production-consumption economy, and of the need to move towards a more virtuous model that saves natural resources, produces less waste and creates innovative business models. To understand the paradigm shifts, build the skills of your teams and unite them around an inspiring vision of the transition.

The Climate Fresco

Duration: 3 hours (2 groups of 7 people per presenter)

+ More than 300,000 people have already taken part in this Fresque across 35 countries and in many companies!

To understand the complex issues (causes/consequences) of climate change (without having to read the 4,000 pages of the IPCC report), in a fun and simple way, based on scientific data (from the IPCC).

The workshop is divided into 3 phases: a brainstorming phase, followed by a creative phase, and finally a debriefing phase.

NB: can be complemented by a 30-minute "It's Time" session, to help you identify actions to reduce your carbon footprint in your day-to-day life.

Mini-workshop IT’S TIME

Duration: 30 minutes

At the end of a Climate Fresco workshop, participants often want to go further and see what they can put in place in their everyday lives. In addition, this tool allows you to:

1/ find out their personal carbon footprint (get an idea of the order of magnitude of their CO2 footprint)

2/ find ideas for actions suited to your profile/lifestyle.

In 30 minutes, you'll know exactly what the target of 2 tonnes of CO2 eq. means and where you stand in your daily life!

And our workshops to experience ecology also in the body and the heart:

Deep Time Walk

Duration: 3 hours (group of 20 people per leader)

Enjoy the unique experience of a 4.6 km storytelling walk, retracing the 4.6 billion years of Earth's history from its creation to the present day. One step = 1 million years!

Experience the key moments in evolution (from the creation of the sun, the oceans, the atmosphere, mass extinctions, ice ages, to... the arrival of the human species). A 'head-body-heart' experience that draws on Science, body movement and the sensations of connection with the richness of this ancestral heritage. You'll feel the immensity of the time it took for life to evolve and perceive the interconnectedness of all life on Earth. It's a time and place that links the great history of life with today's challenges, and makes you want to contribute to the transition. Set in green surroundings, this walk based on the work of "deep ecology" is an opportunity to learn, recharge and connect.

Sophorology session

Duration: 1 hour. On a particular theme adapted to your needs. Can be done standing, sitting or lying down.

Developed by Dr Caycedo in the 60s, sophrology combines relaxation of the body through movement and breathing, with positive visualisation of the mind. The principle is that muscular relaxation of the body in movement promotes mental relaxation.

The benefits are numerous: reduction of physical and mental tension (present in our fast-paced lives), taking a step back and gaining confidence in oneself and in the future. Improved physical and emotional well-being (reduced anxiety, physical pain, sleep problems). Preparing for an event (competitions, public speaking, etc.). Support for medical treatments or operations (pain management, etc.) and for phobias and impulses (eating disorders, addictions, fears, etc.).

In the workplace, this helps to reduce stress, relax the body (too much sitting in front of the computer) and restore mental serenity, which is conducive to creativity!

Atelier “The Long Time Academy"

The work that reconnects

Duration: 1h30 to 3h. Simple and profound!

Initiated by Joanna Macy, a doctor in eco-philosophy, in the 1970s, inspired by deep ecology, systemics, collective intelligence and civic engagement. This workshop enables you to connect with your feelings, with others and with living things, and to develop hope and resilience in the face of the current state of the world. The workshop is a 4-stage process: moving from 1/ gratitude for the beauty of living things, to 2/ acceptance of the suffering in the world, then 3/ an invitation to change our outlook in order to change course, and finally 4/ moving forward, taking action in transition.

Mini-game Conversation of the Tao

Running time: 45 min. Surprising and powerful!

Working in pairs, one player reveals his or her feelings and the obstacles to be overcome to an attentive listener on a particular theme. The second player's position as a mirror sheds light on the 1st player's issues.  For example, what project do you want to achieve this year and why is it important? Why do you want to deploy and take care of your leadership at the moment? What would you like to let go of, what would you like to get rid of that is no longer useful to you for the rest of your project? How can your dream be expressed this year?...

Internship Assessment and intentions for the year

Duration: 1 day (group of 12). Unique, plural and transforming!

In a complex and uncertain context, we need more than ever to refocus on what's essential, identify our impact and develop our resources. It's an invitation to take the time to look back over the past year on the different levels of our lives, to review key events with gratitude for the challenges we've faced and the things we've learned, to listen to ourselves and explore our nuggets. And to set intentions for what you want to see emerge in your life.

Between knowledge and doing: experimentation is key. What comes out of this exploration is precious! Experience a "Head-Body-Heart-Spirit" moment. This immersive journey is an experience that will lead you to listen to yourself, by experimenting with several playful exploration practices and exercises (Sophrology (to explore your inner resources), Journaling, Tao Conversation game, body liberation, creativity (visio board), celebration, Sharing Circle). Listening to your 5 senses (and your 6th).

Systemic Map

Duration: 1h30.

Based on Embodied Systemic Coaching, this workshop is practised solo or in a duo as part of a group, using the body in space and listening to feelings.

A 'system' is a group of individuals or elements that form a semi-autonomous, interacting entity. The aim of mapping is to reveal the different elements of the system, the interconnections between these elements and to unblock the knots.

It can be used for individual coaching or for organisational or project-based systemic coaching.

Talking circles

Duration 2 hours (a group of 8-10 people per facilitator)

To speak is to share, to bear witness, to connect with oneself and others, to let go and to express one's emotions.

Encouraging people to talk is essential and meets the need for deep, authentic dialogue.

In the workplace, offering these privileged spaces of trust can help defuse situations of interpersonal or internal conflict (misunderstanding, frustration, etc.).

A talking circle helps you to take care of your psychological, mental and emotional health, and to let go of whatever you need to lighten your load.

A la carte!

Do you have a leadership or teambuilding issue, or a major, challenging project?

Do you have a few hours or a full day?

We can offer you a tailor-made format to suit your needs, using our range of other tools drawn from a variety of approaches: systemic thinking, constellations and coaching.
